Agreement for Pensioners’ Proof of Life and Family Registration Certificate 2025. The undersigned is directed to inform that NADRA has provided signed copies of the agreements pertaining to the Proof of Life Certificate (POLC) and Family Registration Certificate (FRC). These agreements cover the provision of biometric verification, facial recognition, and fallback mechanisms for pensioners through the Pak-ID Mobile App and NADRA Centers.
Furthermore, it is conveyed that the CGA-FRC interface is now live and operational in the production environment. Accountant Generals and DGPRs are accordingly requested to instruct their respective teams to commence FRC verification without delay.
